With over 23 years of experience as a nurse, educator, and healthcare executive, Jennifer K. Barut, PhD, MSN, RN intimately understands the challenges of healthcare leadership. Though outwardly successful, Jennifer increasingly felt the weight of a complex, high-stress system, seeking a more uplifting and sustainable approach to leadership.

Seeking meaning, Jennifer began exploring positive psychology and personal development. She was struck by research on the performance benefits of purpose-driven leadership. By getting in touch with her core values and sources of inner joy, Jennifer transformed her own leadership approach.
