Joy

I believe deeply in the power of joy to energize healthcare leaders, teams, and organizations. By uncovering inner joy, leaders can tap into new levels of creativity, connection, and performance. My coaching invites leaders to see work as an expression of purpose, not just a series of tasks. When leaders infuse joy into their roles, it unlocks their potential and ripples out to others.

Authentic Presence

Bringing one's whole, authentic self to leadership is key for empowering cultures of trust and human-centered care. My coaching supports leaders in aligning actions with personal values and connecting with colleagues on a heart level. By role modeling self-awareness, vulnerability and integrity, leaders can cultivate healing environments.

Growth
Continuous learning, self-reflection and development allow leaders to optimize their impact over time. My coaching takes a strengths-based approach - illuminating innate talents while expanding skills needed for the future. A growth mindset focused on progress over perfection can elevate care and advance health equity. By evolving as individuals, we evolve systems.
